can anyone tell some exercises on how to reduce fatness from the upper part of the arm.
The only way to get rid of flabby arms or to get rid of any of the fat on your body is to eat a clean diet and have an appropriate exercise plan. Cardio and/or high intensity interval workouts are designed to burn fat, and arm workouts will firm & tighten up your arms. I tend to alternate days of cardio workouts with arm + leg toning exercises, as well as properly stretching before and after each session.
Some arm workouts are:
- Bicep Curls
- Tricep Dips
- Lateral Raises
- Tricep Extensions
(There are many free videos online that demonstrate each technique.)
Tip: If you don't have access to a gym or weights, you can use anything around the house that you have two of – laundry detergent containers, gallons of milk, water bottles, etc.
Take a couple of HUGE books from your house, like those BIG webster dictionary kinds....carry about 2 on each arm (to begin with) and lift them like you would lift a pair of dumbbells. If you do this daily for about 5 - 10 minutes it will help you tone your upper arms.
