Feb 1: 1 hr yoga and breathing exercises.

    Feb 2:
Attended a session of Bikram Yoga today!
    Feeling exxxxxxxxxxxcelent.....

Never sweat like this in my life time ever ever ever before! I was wondering that stubborn body like mine wont react much, but surprised to see my bucket of sweat:yes:
So exhausted towards the end of the session, but after I hydrate myself after the class, I did not get sleep...mind and body was so awake!

I have signed up for this month only. may be 3 days in a week....
    intense, yet relaxing workout ....:cool2:

Girls, if you want to try out, there is a deal going on there, pls check it out on groupon.
35$ for the whole month instead of 140$ in certain locations of Bay area.

    Hi Sridevi,

I had tried bikram yoga earlier but I could not take the heat....I felt my pulse was getting low.Somehow finished the class and never went there again. Infact I liked another heated yoga (yoga at cindy) which has intermittent heat and it was very good compared to bikram yoga.

Oflate, I got so busy not getting time to do SNs. I have to.... will slowly gear up. Good to see your posts for encouragement.

    Pman,
I felt the same, the moment I entered the room...especially with all the sweat and closed room ! I thought I will stop breathing , (room was stinky though),
but I was able to cope up with my deep breathing technique I followed through out the session.
luckily some how managed with my current body conditions. Except that I felt slightly the sensation of vomiting and head ache. but they all gone after I ate some oranges after my work out!:)
