Does Green Tea really help in reducing weight?

    Does Green Tea really help in reducing weight? If so, which brand is good to use? Should it be bought as a powder or as tea bags?? Anybody has used it and seen results? Kindly reply.

    You can try for 3 weeks and see if it works for you. There are many youtube videos on how to make green tea.

    I use tea bags because it is less messy. Boil the water and turn off the gas(or more easy if you boil in microwave) Add the tea bag, press it with a spoon/fork gently and let it steep for 3-5 mins and then discard the tea bag. Your green tea is ready! I do not add any sugar/honey.
