    Friends,

Tomorrow is June 1st....Let us reach our goals or move towards it this month. I know for some of us it may be really HOT but let us aim for 100 miles this month.

All the best to one and all

    Dear Akila

You are welcome dear. I was reading your posts in SGA's thread. I am happy that you and your LO had a good time in India.

Using a Pedometer is a good idea to measure the distance.

If you are walking at a good pace, you can cover a mile easily in 15 mins. Since I am doing city walking ......if I am out walking for one hour, I will calculate it as 2 miles and 2 hours as 5 miles.

Do not have any idea about spot jogging.

Elipticals ...does it not measure the distance you covered?

Looking forward to hear from you daily......

    Hi,

I would also like to join here. I will do walking on some days and cycling on some days. Could I calculate both as one? I will sum it up like cycling miles+walking miles = 100. Is this fine?
