    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories
    2/26/2014 - update :

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - Coffee
    2. 9:00 am - 1 Toast + smoothie
    3. 12:00 pm - 1 roti + Brussels and aloo curry + juice
    4. 3:00 pm - chocolate milk
    5. 6:00 pm - 1 Dosa + carrots + fruits.

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    share some tips, how do you get motivated to burn 2500 calories a day..
    I cant burn that amt of calories in complete week:hide:

    Morning lemon with honey
    Breakfast 2 bajri dosa and coffee
    Lunch 2 chapathi and 1/4 cup of rice with egg
    Snack green tea and dark chocolate
    Dinner oats upma and milk
    exercise ls 2 miles walk

    Really donot know to share any tips. Enjoy to eat healthy foods as well as enjoy to do exercise if we really want to be healthy and fit.

    Really I should reach my target as fast as I can .kneesmiley

    I am more or less following the same. The best part of it is to enjoy the regular meal with small quantity. With time, your tummy will get adjust to it, and you don't feel any temptation to fill your plate.

    Similarly, I used to have almost 4-5 cups of tea with sugar and milk on a daily basis. Plus I have carbonated beverages on and off. KFC, Pizza and what not... Most of the time I depend on restaurant food as I have no time to cook for 3 meals at home.

    I never walked, but always used by car for even smallest distance. I fully depended on my maid, or my mom even to lift a spoon at home. Forgot about climbing staircases, and there were days when i didn't enter the balcony of my house.

    Now a days, I made very simple changes. Reduced meals, no fried food, no restaurant food, and walk as much as possible. Specially no tea/coffee

    While your diet plan sounds amazing to me, I wonder whether you can stick to it forever. In weightloss programme, it is a must to stick to certain diet plans for a longer time.

    Is that healthy to lose 2500 cal per day? generally you lose calories in many other matters, so altogether your calorie loss will be much higher than what you think.
    Also if you have changed your diet very strictly, then there is a chance of getting bored with that. Mood swings, specially irritation would happen when you lose stamina.

    Please dont give up. Because the regime that you set up for now is too hard to follow in a long run.

    Not to demotivate you. If I sound so, please apologize me. I just want to warn you, as I was extremely strick before my pregnancy, and lost nearly 6 Kgs in a short time. But then I totally gave up my routine. That time, I was more prone to weight gain than previously, and I was so fed up doing this strict diet all the time.

    Thank you soo much for sharing your experience of weight loss and gain.

    Really want to continue my healthy diet and excercise forever.

    Because now iam so active and feel lighter and look nice than before.

    Really donot know 2500 calories losing is healthy or no. But I can do it happily with soo much energy. So let's see ....what will happen further? thinkingsmiley
