    Dear Sindhu,
Using black phenyl will eliminate those black spots and it is available in our nearby grocery store itself. You also need a good supporting toilet cleaning brush to make it spotless clean too...

    Regards,

a mold buildup means either the grout is eroded, or there is too much residue that is left long on your tiles. grout and molds are different. and to remove molds, you can try this.. take 1 bicarbonate of soda, bleach and a little soap..rub this using a toothbrush or a tile brush, and allow it to soak for few minutes, and scrub it again with the same brush. the mold will be off. now check out if there is erosion or gap in the grout.if it is the case, seal it with white cement or white mseal or add some color to white cement to match and seal..

after this, add a cup of vinegar to a bucket of water and wash the whole bathroom with vinegar especially places where you feel there is a chance of mold...
