I have started to try the protein diet for dinner - chicken nuggets (5) plus fish pieces baked with no oil (4-5) and 5 spoons of curd rice. I am thinking of adding some vegetables or fruits to this and replace curd rice with buttermilk. My goal is to eliminate carbs out of the diet atleast for dinner so I can loose weight and yesterday I felt really full with just chicken , fish and then the curd rice that I could not eat any fruits. My question is on the chicken , the package says one serving is 5 pieces (It is a frozen one , to be microwaved for 2 mins) and the calories for one serving is 140. Does this really help? I could not buy the frozen chicken breast as I was not sure of the taste. I have tried only veggies for dinner before, but could not sleep prob.ly the diet was not enough. Need your suggestions , please throw in.
