People who say they don't have time for important things (and health and fitness is very important) are looking for excuses in my opinion. That has nothing to do with working or stay-at home. Most successful people find time to do many things (including hobbies and other interests) and even excel at them.

The main issue is that in many Indian families, the women are relegated to doing all chores at home and primarily responsible for caring for their children leaving very little time for themselves. It should not be optional that the men contribute to cooking and other chores as well as child care. If more and more women start asserting themselves and asking that their husbands shoulder more responsibility at home, then the wives will find the much needed "ME" time. In my opinion, men should be involved in their homes and child regardless of wives working outside of home or not.
