Buds journey starts again

    After losing weight and maintaining it successfully...what I have learnt is do not deprive your body of anything....eat everything but moderation is the key...because I ate everything [yes even cakes and cookies] when I was trying to lose weight..my body was used to it...so now even when I eat out for days or go on trips...i do not gain that much weight..like maybe 500 gms...and it comes down quickly as soon as I get back to normal routine...so eat everything but in moderation and yes exercise... :)

    Ohh u misunderstood me... I mentioned in kgs dear... I have 35 kgs to go... Hope i reach there someday:)

    Buds,

    When motivation is at its peak, I suggest you go for gym or group exercise classes or swimming. Losing weight on your own will take time. Being in a group will give you the positive vibes needed to reach your goal.

    I have also taken a break from Vidya's thread for the last 2 months......I thihnk you know which one I am taking about as you were very active on it. This month Sridevi is running it. Why dont we join next month? In the meantime we can avoid eating chocolates/junk this month and get ourselves prepared to lost 3 kg in May.

    A small note.....I hope whatever personal issue that was pushing you towards emotional eating is resolved now......please get a better handle on that and everything else will fall in place

    You are so right in here Buds. I have noticed the patten of drifting away from IL make us drift away from our weight loss motivation.
    I, Myself want to stick to this but not always happening.
