    Morning: Warm water + 1/2 cup Boost
    Breakfast: 3 chapathis with channa masala + Green tea
    Lunch: Rice + Sambhar + Cabbage poriyal + chocolate
    MA: Pear + Green Tea
    Evening: Coffee
    Dinner: 1 Dosa + little Dahi papdi chat

    Water: 2.5 litres
    Exercise: NIL

    Weekend was quite ok. Managed to eat in portions inspite of the celebrations we had.

    Update for 28.03.2014

    Morning: Warm water
    Breakfast: 2 Multigrain dosa with coconut chutney
    MM: Sweets
    Lunch: Chicken Briyani + 1 piece Chicken 65 + 1/2 boiled egg
    Evening: Coffee
    Dinner: 1 Butter Naan + Paneer gravy + pepper mushroom

    Water: 2 litres
    Exercise: NIL

    I froze my group exercise classes for the month of April.
    Will do walking and any workouts at home.

    This week, I skipped exercise on friday.
    Rest of the days, did some kind of exercise atleast for 30 mins.
    Tomorrow is our weighing day.
    Will open the window until 1 st april.

    Let us see who was able to meet our of challenge of losing 1 kg for the month of march.

    Past 2 days, measuring and eating food with counting calories.

    Today- food - in limits and with good quality- no junk.
    30 mins floor workout
    45 mins walking.
