Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- June 2014!

    Hi Sri,

    June 1st - 72.0 kg
    June 10th - 72.0 kg
    June 20th - 71.5 kg.

    71.5 kg I am consistently seeing for the past few days !

    Hi Sridevi,

    how are you buddy? I'm just wondering how did I miss this thread!
    I'll post my June 1, 10 & 20 weight tomorrow (as I have to refer my diary) .. So, are you ladies mentioning every 10 days once weight here for the challenge? (I measure my weight in daily basis and note down in my diary)

    Actually have a question to ladies out here .. Best way to check wt is in the morning with empty stomach which is after loo but few days it happens to me that I have my break fast first (milk) and then loo then I check my weight .. So that means my wt is wt + break fast ... Anyone having such situations? I know i might sound silly but this can happen to anyone out there !

    Hahaha.. It happens to me too.. When I don't see change in wt, I feel oh no but if I see change in wt , I tend to eat little extra and go back to old wt and try hard to reduce it back .. Crazy weight loss :)

    Anitha, correct weight- morning weight in empty stomach.
    If you eat breakfast, we could not figure it out right, depending on how much you eat and how much liquids you took including water, milk/coffee etc.,
    If you approximately needs to fogure it out, you may reduce 1 to 2 pounds from the weight shown on machine if you have eaten ur breakfast already.
    Next time onwards, keep checking your weight before breakfast and after loo.

    If not, weigh your food in kitchen scale if you have one and subtract this after you weight. sometimes, we can empty the stomach only ifwe eat breakfast and drink hot liquids. This will happen to me every time if I was bloated /constipated.
    Especially during my entire PMS days...

    But still I did not weigh my food till today, but measured it in cups/measuring spoons if I need exact track of my calories/weight management!

    3 roti,beans curry
    1 cup tea
    6 inch subway veggie delite
    1 pc cake, 1 slice pizza(birthday party)

    water: 2.5 lt

    exercise: LS 3 mile walk
