    Hi Sridevi & all,

    I was checking this thread before feb and got occupied with something hence could not post my updates.
    Name : Selene
    1st Feb Weight : 61.3 Kgs.
    Team 3

    I have started exercising from the past 2 days in Feb and hope to continue it through the month. I am doing JM + LS (as another thread in this forum suggests). Trying to drink enough water through the day and keep eating right. Portion control on the sweet stuff.

    I cant reply individually to you but i keep reading your updates and its great going all you girls here. I am sure together we can achieve our targets. I am hoping to move to Team 2 by end of Feb. Let me give it my best shot.

    Finished all except having rice for dinner. One hour Zumba 2 liter water and no junk at work was done

    1. minimorning workout and mini before bed workout- done-0.25
    2.floorexercise 4 days in a week-done-2 days/4 days-0.25
    3. dailybreathing exercise/ spend 15 -20 mins only for meditation-done-0.25
    4.sleep7 hrs-done-0.25
    5.weeklyonce low carb diet.- not yet.

    Feb 3:
    Today, morning did breathing exercise and meditation.
    could not do mini workouts.
    breakfast,lunch,snack was ok.
    evening did 15 sets SN, 40 mins foor workout.
    dinner- over ate. pasta,veggies. 1 kaju kathli...
    skipped walking before bed.

    I am not happy with my work today.
    I wish to eat minimal dinner tomorrow and days following after...
    Will try to be in low carb diet tomorrow. Made green moong dal already. loads of fruits at home... prepared zuchini koottu. hope I will follow no grain carb tomorrow.

    I am unable to open IL webpages for three days now. Can't go past this first page. I keep getting message "cannot connect to IL server". Hope this resolves ASAP.

    1 bread veg sandwich
    coffee
    rice with moor kuzhambu and okra curry, rice with curd
    1 cup milk
    workout: 35 min cardio
    Water: 2ltr

    3. No chocolate-done
    4. Meditation-not done
    5. Morning, eve mini workout-no

    2 February:
    coffee
    lemon sevai
    I cup buttermilk with sugar
    veg briyani plus cauliflower sabzi and mushroom curry
    Watermelon
    one coriander chilli naan

    workout: 30min stationary bike
    water 1ltr

    points: 0.6/1
    1. Water 2ltr- no (only 1ltr)
    2. Exercise: done
    3. No chocolate: done
    4. Morning, eve mini workout: done
    5. Meditation: no

    3 February:
    coffee
    two bread with jam
    watermelon
    two parata with mushroom curry
    Coffee with two tea biscuits
    one dosai and four spoons sevai
    (need to add fruits and raw veges, no workout done)

    none of the challenges completed.
