    How are you all? I was not able to update properly for few months. I would like to join you girls probably from Oct month.

    Sep 23&24
    *2.5 litres of water-only 2 liters
    *one meal not based on rice- done on 23rd & not done on today
    * no snacks and sweets- one hand full of murukku on both days
    * exercise- due to cold I have body pain all over...so not done on both these days....

    Sep 21- 40 mins on spot walk
    Sep 22- 30 mins floor workout
    Sep 23- nil
    sep 24 - 30 mins walking

    I gained some weight this week. Mission starts to lose those and falling back to weight loss mode.
    Couple of days morevin sep month.lets do our level best, not losing the consciousness ...

    Sep 1st -73.1kg
    Sep 15 -72.3kg
    Sep 30 -72.3kg

    September target - should lost 2 kg... actually lose- 0.8kg

    I followed two challenges perfectly out of four.... atleast october month I want to following morning walking half-on-hour.....
