    I am walking for 30mins daily but not following no junk challenge. Will take a week to get organized in food/diet part. Hope my weight remains in contron atleast.

    Sep 22
    * drink 2.5 litres of water- done
    * one meal not based on rice- dinner -2 chappathi
    * exercise- 10 minutes warmup at evening
    * no sweet and snacks- not done-ate thiruppathi laddu

    Friends, great going with exercise.
    From my side, I somehow managed to workout at least 30 mins this week.
    Last week, weaned off from diet. This week working on that part.
    Sep 20- 1 hr outdoor walk
    Sep 21- 40 mins on spot walk
    Sep 22- 30 mins floor workout
    Sep 23- nil from morning- only doing by the night time.
