    Thanks Buds. I get headaches often and that spoils my diet/exercise/sleep and entire day. Yesterday was a good day for me. Completed all my challenges:banana

    No junk - done
    1 fruit - done (pear, apple)
    30 mins exercise - done (walking)
    2l water - done

    Hi friends

    Drinking 2.5 litres of water and one meal not based on rice done but other two challenges not done properly.....

    @ 1st sep- 73.1 kg
    @ 9th sep- 72.8kg
    @ 13th sep- 72.5 kg
    @ 15th sep- ???

    If I follow exercise properly will reach the target
