    Breakfast - Dosa with garlic chutney, half cup tea with no sugar
    Snack - Green tea, banana
    Lunch - Chapathi with black eyed peas curry
    Snack - Fruits
    Dinner - Dosa with podi
    Snack - Popcorn

    Exercise - 30 mins walk

    Breakfast - Whole wheat sandwich with veggie patty
    Snack - Green tea, banana, nuts
    Lunch - Chicken bowl with brown rice and soup
    Snack - Fruits, carrot juice, flax seed almond bar
    Dinner - Rava upma with tomato chutney

    Exercise - 30 mins walk

    08/18 - Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 25 min treadmill (10 min run),
    08/19 - No exercise
    08/20 - Exercise - 27.5 mile bike ride outside on trail + 1 mile walk
    08/21 - No exercise

    08/22 - Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 25 min treadmill (10 min run), 15 min upper body workout

    My weight at 08/15 had not changed and not much till now too...figures as I was not exercising consistently..Hopefully I can change that next month

    Hi...Yesterday just started my workouts...
    15 minutes fitness blender cardio+8 minutes elliptical...here summer is at its peak so cant do much...

    Dinner - Sweet potato, Adai with hot chutney

    Exercise - 20 mins walk and 20 mins biking.
