    Hi Vibha.. Take care.. Get some rest before you get back to routine

    Hi Sandstar.. Sometimes weight machines lie :yum:.. It keeps changing my weight based on where I keep it to stand on it. Even within the bathroom I see lots of difference. Do you keep it in the same place everyday?

    Breakfast - Dosa with sambar
    Snack - Green tea, almond, banana
    Lunch - Sambar rice with cabbage poriyal
    Snack - Fruits, multigrain bar, payasam
    Dinner - 1 mini samosa, pav bhaji
    Snack - 2 spoons of icecream

    Walk - 30 mins

    Thanks Prasanna..Its just been a long time since i suffered from body pains due to exercise..I became too enthusiastic in the class i think:)

    Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 25 min treadmill (10 min run) and 15 min upper body workout
    Diet - Quinoa blackbean burger sandwich - morning & afternoon..my last batch is over, i have to cook again during weekend:)
    steamed broccoli,1 cup horlicks +6 rusks - night
    Cherries, 1 small cup of mixture, peanuts, chana dal - snack

    Aug 3rd:

    Breakfast - Whole wheat bread with half spoon jam, half cup tea with no sugar
    Snack - Green tea, almond, peanuts
    Lunch - Chapathi with pav bhaji curry
    Snack - Fruits, multigrain bar
    Dinner - Wheat dosa with tomato kurma
    Snack - just the cone of drumstick icecream

    Exercise - 45 mins walk

    Yes. The floor on which the digital scale is kept must be flat. The machine's place should not be changed frequently. Good to keep it at one place, to improve accuracy

    I wish it lies. but it dint.. the place is same, the floor is flat. :)
    I know the reason, as i could not concentrate. my daughter was sick and now my husband..
    So its really difficult to focus.

    08/05 Exercise - 1 hr Zumba class
    08/06 Exercise - Nil..Did cleaning and shopping if it counts
    08/07 Exercise - 26 miles cycling outside
