    Update for 8th July 2013

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Green tea
    Breakfast: 3 Idlis with carrot Sambhar
    Watermelon, Avocado
    Lunch: Rice with Rasam and curd + plantain masala
    Cherries
    Evening: Coffee + Namkeen
    Dinner: Outside – Naan with hammous + chicken lollipop + grilled chicken + green salad

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 60 mins (LS Walk 1 mile – twice, Treadmill walk – 20 mins)

    Points: 0.5

    Yest went fine.. Walked for 30 mins!!! Normal diet and light dinner...

    Thanks for explaining the point sys.

    Yes.. my friend made it. She is trying to reach 65 kg. that's her goal right now.
    Really I was happy for her. She wanna reduce for the past two and half years. all the time, she reduces 2-3 kgs and gain that back.
    But, this time, she achieved. :) :thumbsup

    Challenges for week 2 of July:
    No Junk
    suryanamaskar- all days
    floor workout- all days
    walking 2 to 4 miles- 5 days
    Breathing exercise and meditation- atleast 3 days



    I skipped my usual challenges of fruit diet and long workout, since I cant make it, when I stay out of my house. no gym here and I cant stay on fruit diet also here...But I am sticking to my normal healthy portion controlled diet here also with no hesitation... They all are ok with my system now. nobody forces me to eat this or that.. I am happy for that. I am waiting to resume my 2 day long work out. wondering about my weight also. no idea how much I will be after niagara trip. My bro's wife said they had a weighing scale . she will take it out tomorrow...If they took it out, i will be able to track myself here or else no weight updates from my side. will do it once I am back home Anu...

    Mon- July 8:

    No Junk-1/7 days -followed
    suryanamaskar- all days- 1/7 days done
    floor workout- all days- 1/7 days done
    walking 2 to 4 miles- 5 days- 1/5 days done- 2 miles casual walk

    here goes my update

    July starting weight: 71.5
    July target weight: 69
    July 10th update: 70.5

    amazed to see 1kg loss for the first time.

    was wishing to see at 65 but i think so i have to wait and shake more........

    empty stomach 2ltrs water
    breakfast tea/2 dosas/chutney
    lunch oats cooked in curry
    snack few dates/corn/nuts/corn/2ltrs water
    dinner fruits

    water 4ltrs
    exercise 60mins=4.1miles=656cals
