Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 31st July

    June - 6

    Got up late(everything late)

    3 dosas with mint chutney
    coffee
    1.5 chapathi,2 egg white,dhal,potato peas curry (little)
    banana coffee
    dinner - curry leaves dry ginger soup and 2 idly sambar (outside)

    water hardly - 2 ltr
    was busy whole day cooking cleaning washing as we have pooja at home monday...

    only floor workout for 25 mins...

    Hi Girls
    todays update

    woke up late.. so i dnt drink water

    breakfast tea/3 dosa/chutney/1 biscuit
    lunch 2 rotis/curry/curd/dal
    snack apple
    2ltrs water
    dinner fruits

    water 2ltrs
    plus points for today.. i went to ikea.. while am busy shopping, my husband went to get his icecream, to my surprise he got 2 icecreams.. simply denied.. i gave it to my husband.. he dnt want to eat.. i have throwing it in trash..felt really bad for wasting .. but my tummy felt happy.

    minus points.. today i made seasoned rice, i coudn't resist, so i took 5 spoons rice.. dnt know why i got tempted, next time i prepare, will be careful

    Most of the time i will be tempted if i cook something diff for hubby...I just simply chk salt and spices and will have my food first and then only will serve him :)..

    You did a great job Anu.. Its good to trash it, instead of having it... Ice creams are all time temptations for me... But somehow I overcome that by not turning towards its side....

    Once in a while, we could eat some home made food to overcome the emotional eating... 5 spoons of seasoned rice is not bad at all...

    Update for 7th July 2013

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Green tea
    Breakfast: 3 chapathis with hammous
    Blueberries
    Lunch: Rice with Sambhar+ papad + snake gourd
    2 slices of brown bread with nutella
    Evening: Coffee
    Dinner: 2 wheat dosa with Sambhar + 4 Almonds

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 55 mins (LS Walk 1 mile – twice, Treadmill walk – 15 mins)

    Hi dears,
    I am back from Niagara!
    Enjoyed... having a great time with parents and brother's family...
    A good break from the routine for me too...But I am missing my hubby here...

    Mon- 15 sets Suryanamaskar, floor workout, 3 mile walk
    tue-15 sets SN, floor workout- 3 mile walk
    wed- 15 sets SN, floor workout
    Thu- 15 sets SN, floor workout
    fri- floor workout
    sat- no workout, but walked on the trail (downhill mountain) for 1 hr.

    ( I never know that getting down on steps will lead to calf muscle sore this much for me...we walked down the mountain by watching multiple waterfalls on the way... spectacular and totally enjoyed the trail..Yesterday, after 30 mins , my legs started to shake a lot, but today I could not move my calf muscles. stretched a lot today. I thought we are just walking down the mountains.. it will be so easy rather than going uphill...I learned that by getting down the steps, we activate the calf muscles a lot.)
    sun- 15 sets SN,floor workout- will do some walking before bed time.

    1. no intake of food that no longer serves good nutrient to my body at any point of the time: missed 3 days/7 days .
    Missed day 1- ate muffin on flight-travel day.
    missed day 2-niagara trip- packed food only, but variety rice and idlis 3 times of the day , along with apples and cucumber.
    missed day 3- outdoor food- niagara trip

    2. suryanamaskar all mornings- 6/7days done
    3. floor workouts 6 days - 6/ 6 days done.
    4. 2 to 4 mile walk 5 days - 4/5 days done-

    day1-3 mile done
    day 2- 3 mile done,
    day 3 and 4- walked a lot outdoor
    day 5- yet to be done.
    5. Meditation and breathing exercise- atleast 3 days this week- 3/3 days done.
