    In the midst of my hectic schedule....just continuing walking...
    Diet also normal...Am leaving in couple of days...will try to update my weight before my travel...I wish to come back with the same weight I post here before travel...Good luck with those who tried real hard for their weight loss!
    These days I feel like I am missing some thing very important in my life, just by not visiting here frequently...
    Tomorrow is my last working day. Then will be at home for pre- travel arrangements...
    Hope will get time to update here...will come later to say bye dears...

    Meal 1- methi seed , ½ litre water , 1 banana,
    Meal 2- 2 appam, eggwhite curry , 1 chapathi , 1 glass oats with milk
    Meal 3- 1 /2 apple, 1 green tea
    Meal 4- 1butter fruit, 1 piece groundnut chikki, ½ guavas
    Meal 5- 1 small bowl rice , papaya, chicken
    Meal 6 – handful of ovenbaked peanut masala
    Meal 7 – 1 glass oats with milk , tapioca masala

    Water- 2 litre

    Exercise
    =======
    Kapalpathi – 1000 stroke
    Side bending – 25
    Toe touching – 25
    SN – 10
    LS 3 mile walk

    I just lost 200 gms after GM diet...
    Your diet is good Reh! So also ur very consistent with your workout.
    Off-late i am becoming more greedy for spicy food. Need to control it.. Next week i am going for dussahra holidays.. Thought if i can be 60 by then... But with my way of food it is next to impossible..

    Guest and puza prasad....

    30th sept

    Amla water + 3 almonds
    1 bowl pongal + 1 small vada + tea
    1 roti + sabji+ curd+ buttermilk+ rasam+ cucumber+ watermelon
    Milk
    2 dosa + mix vwg
    sev boondi - Prasad from neighbour..

    3 lt water
    No workout

    happy that I came pretty close to the target!

    My october goal would be to lose 1.5 lbs every week.
    So target weight loss by end of OCT : 6lbs
