    After notting down this i feel am i on diet..yes eating so many things and still on diet...

    After noting down i feel... Is it a diet??? Yes it is a healthy form of GM diet..where i am including all foods but with limit...Lets see what it leads in term of weight reduction?

    Meal 2- 2 chapathi, black chenna , 1 glass oats with milk
    Meal 3- 5 almonds
    Meal 4- 3 chapathi , cabbage
    Meal 5- 1 green tea , 5 almonds
    Meal 6 – 1 bowl veg soup , 1 chapathi , ½ apple 5 almonds

    Hi friends,

    Did GM diet strictly for 5 days.....6 and 7 th day was Ok...But had to eat rice so not much of loss....Well friends....Sep beginning I was on 73.8 and by 10 days went down to 72.6....but in another 5 days I gained and came back to 75.4...I was shocked to see such a huge increase....the previous day I had a 1 big burger and grilled chicken with all dressing....what to do....then I decided I had to go with GM diet....I didnt want to share this gain here...as I was so upset....well now friends....I feel so good as I've come to 72.4 in 5 days...thats the best part....6th and 7 th day I started eating rice so no change...and today also half day fruits and veg, second half fish and veg...and evening a salad...
    Tomorrow I'm on a fruits diet...let me see if I can come to my goal of 71...Anyone joining me for a fruits diet tomorrow..

    Tea + 2 marie biscuit + 1 oreo biscuit
    I bowl of musseli .. was getting craving to eat sweet... could not find a better option.

    No workout..
    2 lt water

    Tomorrow weighing day....

    fruit diet on tuesday!

    Weekend diet was good but no exercise..going for a long trip this weekend..scared if i may gain ...

    Did well on saturday but sunday went to lunch outside and evening for a birthday party. Will weigh tomorrow.
