    Sep 24 Diet :


    Breakfast at 9.30AM : Spicy Oats porridge with onions, carrots peas mixture and tomatoes.

    12 AM : 1/2 cup of tea with non fat milk and 1/2 tsp sugar.

    Lunch at 2pm : 2 small ragi balls with black chana-potato-brinjal sambar + 2 tbsp curds.

    Snack at 5.15pm : 10 almonds + 2 whole wheat rusk

    Snack at 7pm : 1/2 cup of tea with non fat milk and 1/2 tsp sugar

    Dinner at 9.30 pm : 2 kawan whole wheat chapatis + black chana-potato-brinjal sambar + 2 tbsp curds.

    Midnight snack : 10 pistachios + few gems.

    Exercise : 2 miles brisk walk + 4 miles on stationary bike in gym + weight training for 15 min..

    Hi Friends,

    Day 4 ...Successfully completed

    All day long 4 bananas and 1 glass milk, 1 banana milk shake.....4-6 dates

    Also Reh, Ana please tell me what u all had on day 5...Beef and tomatoes....how do I eat that...what did u both have,,,,waiting for reply

    Honey+water
    BF-1 cup Kelloggs k +LF milk
    Lunch-2 chapathi+chutney
    Orange juice 2 glasses(fresh one without sugar)
    Dinner- 3 dosas+spicy chutney

    Monthly friend day so jus 1 mile walking​

    Hi Dears, I think I am not able to put myself for regular updates for some more weeks...
    Leaving for personal works without reaching my Aug goal!
    Will come now and then to keep myself motivated...
    Hope I will catch you guys in oct thread few times when ever I can and mostly will be back here on regular basis from November 2 nd week...
    Leaving from IL temporarily, without finishing what I started for myself...will come back for sure.
    Until then, keep working girls...

    Bf...Lentils and tomato
    Lunch-----kidney beans with tomato
    Dinner.......veg salad...

    share me all 7 days of GM diet consolidated diet schedule ..seems interesting!Keep going..You can do it..I am going for a long trip on oct 4 weekend and this week a big birthday party so couldnt join you..but thats ok after the trip (have to eat out a lot :() ,going to do it to shed some pounds and kick start my weight loss again..

    Hi Gals...
    As decided i am back with my version of GM diet...where i will include few more kind of food to keep myself going w/o feeling tired for the 7 days and will include 30 mins of low intensity workout (till my body allows)
    Starting weight :61.3 kg..
    Targeting 60 kg... 1.3 loss... Lets see what happens...
    Will update my food by end of the day...
