Buddies Required!!! Lose 3 kgs by 30th June

    Hi Friends,
    I was feeling so down as I had gained.
    Went to the level that I wanted to quit the weight loss regime.
    But went and read some inspirational quotes.
    One thing caught my eye.
    It said if you want to QUIT now.
    Think why you started it.
    And I said Yes, I started it in order to be healthy first.
    And then came the number.

    And I went back and saw my old pic 6 months old.
    So much of difference was there in my face.
    I said I can choose between looking like a donut faced or slim beautiful face.
    And said lets get back on track.
    So followed 3 miles LS walk and another 30 mins walk after dinner with hubby.
    And food moderation I also had rice.
    Still I reduced to 62.9
    I am v.v.v.Happy.

    Will post my tomorrow and Sunday plan.
    Although going on vacation to Niagara, still want to be strict with diet.
    Wish me luck gals.

    Gayatri the same quote is my desktop wall paper. so whenever i think of quitting it will keep me on track... wish you all success for you strict diet on vacation... have a nice time there darling...

    anu you are the right person to ask this. everyone says that drinking plenty of water will give glow to our skin... you are consuming 4+lit/day more than a year... could you find anything like that??

    by drinking 4ltrs water i had 4 benefints,among 4 glow in my skin, though am little fair side, still i was glowing with fresh look

    Today's routine:
    water- 4 ltrs
    food- lemon water,black eyed peas, 1 dosa
    pine apple,watermelon
    salad, oatmeal,rasam,spinach koottu,beetroot curry, yogurt
    orange juice, cashews
    oatmeal,milk,almonds,raisins
    pine apple,watermelon
    exercise- 15 sets SN, 5 mile walk,30 mins floor workout

    Saturday plan:
    BF: upma.
    Lunch:watermelon/Fruit juice.
    Even: Fruit + Green tea.
    Walk : 3 miles.


    No junk outside try for fruit juice only.
    Hope I achieve it.

    Update for 28th June 2013

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Breakfast: Cereals with Milk + Green tea
    Sweet Melon juice
    Lunch: Rice with fish curry + Crab masala + sweet
    Fruit bowl - Apple + Kiwi
    Evening: Coffee
    Sweets at friend's place
    Dinner: Rice with fish curry + Crab masala

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 10 mins (Being a weekend, DD was there at home and didn't allow me to exercise :-()
