    added 15 mins ab workout.
    no more exercises.

    Did my measurements.

    I skipped my other cardio this week, due to health issues...

    I would like to join, but not sure about 90 days. may shift to my new flat this month (date not confirmed yet) so packing, shifting :confused2:.

    I did Day 1 & 2 following YouTube videos. Noted weight & measurement also.

    Hi,

    Did Day 2 yesterday.Also did 1 mile Express Walk from Leslie Sansone videos.
    Need to do Day 3 today.
    I could barely do squat thrust and wall sit yesterday.

    @rmpriya - I will share my meal plan for last 2 days::

    Day 1
    Breakfast - 1 green moong dal dosa + 1 cup 2% milk
    banana
    Lunch - moong sprouts with green pepper + 1/2 muskmellon
    nutella & Go - 6 sticks with nutella
    apple
    evening - tea with jaggery + 1 tea rusk + roasted chana 3 tbsp
    cacao + walnut + dates fudge - homemade :bonk
    dinner - 1 roti + toor dal + cabbage sabzi + 1 boiled egg + salad
    bedtime - 1 cup 2% milk

    Day 2
    --------
    Breakfast - 1.5 wholewheat bread + 1/2 avacado + 1 cup 2% milk
    mid morning - banana
    Lunch - 1 roti + toor dal + cabbage sabzi + curd
    muskmellon
    evening - tea with jaggery + 1 tea rusk + roasted chana murmura
    Dinner - 1 roti + whole masoor dal + gobi sabzi + boiled egg + salad
    bedtime - 1 cup 2% milk

    Day 3
    =====
    Breakfast - 2 buckwheat idli + gobi sabzi + 1 cup 2% milk
    mid morning - banana
    lunch - green moong sprouts + whole masoor dal
    apple
    evening - jaggery tea + roasted chana murmura
    dinner - 1 cup rajma curry+boiled egg+ small bowl homemade curd + salad (planned)
    bedtime - 1 cup 2% milk

    I think we Indians have a variety in dinner as compared to the Americans.

    Would love to see what diet others are following.

    I took my weight and measurements yesterday. It is very important to do that in order to track your progress.

    I did day 3. Just the workout. I found it painful today. And I don't sweat at all :(. I'm getting my weights today. :).

    I can't find measuring tape. Will buy one on weekend

    JAM, tell me about it.
    I sneaked in my room to get the tape. did nt want to give a chance for my kids/hubby (he is back home for this week) to tease me for measuring...It happened to me few years back, may be it sounded funny for him. but I really got upset about the tease.:bang
