That was a kind gesture to share good photographs Manju. Congrats!

These are called modular kitchens. They are on the rise now-a-days.

And regarding your doubts Honey bee; i do not know whether these photos depict Indian type modular varieties; but am sure you can avail yourself with all these facilities here. Even in your old home, you can re-model the kitchen. Regarding the spacious area, i am not sure whether you can increase the available area, but i can assure that you will have a kitchen that is well furnished and things at proper order. Its really easy way to go if we are ready to spend. One of my relatives had their kitchen re-modulated recently, and it gives a new look to the entire home:-D.
