    Rama, I have this cookware! too bad I didn't see it when you posted it! I love the bigger vessels especially I love them to use for frying. Ofcourse I don't follow what they suggest for temp control, but still love them - cooks well and keeps the food warmer nicer and longer. Thank fully my FIL gifted them to me and I know he paid for it thorugh the nose - it was way too expensive and I would never have bought it if it were me! So thanks to him!
