    Count me in 2. But from Monday. Is it safe to start it without any guidance through YouTube etc ? Or should we learn from a yoga instructor..?

    Hi VS,


    If you do not have any serious preexisting medical conditions like severe back pain or hypertension, heart diseases etc...you can start it safely in your house. Else consult your doctor.


    These 3 are my favorites videos on surya namaskaram...hope it helps you. When you do it for the 1st time it can be confusing, like learning dance steps...but after fews days you will get the beat :)

    I got few PM's about health & wellness.


    Sorry I am unable to answer you immediately. Too much work on my plate today.


    I will PM the information to you in series..Health, Body & Mind...


    I just want to state this, I am not a certified dietitian or a doctor. But I work with people and their health everyday..and come up with engineering solution to it. In short I am an engineer with specialization in subjects related to humans (cannot give our my major or line of work to safeguard identity)


    There were couple PM, who wanted to lose weight asap. It does not work that way. Starving or buying pills/powder or fraudulent work equipment that promises quick weight loss are all fake. No quick fixes :(


    It is a journey, it is a habit formation, it is a love for our body and mind. I will PM more on this. Hopefully by Monday

    Hi, I planned for yesterday but got started today only with 3 sets.
    Planned for 5 sets but could manage only 3 sets for today. Will work on 5 sets tomorrow. Lets all keep updating our status everyday here, so that it would be a motivation for the rest of the group too....JM2 cents :)

    Count me in.Even i was trying for longtime and was not able to continue due to lack of time.I will strictly start from tuesday.

    Should we do it only in the morning time?

    Can we do it in the evening when there is no time in morning?

    Also please share the diet to reduce weight...
