5 Sets of Surya Namaskaram Everyday! Join the Club

    Hi fellow fitbees..

    I used to do yoga everyday. But lack of time and change in sleeping habits has put a dent on it (excuses..i know)

    I finally started it back today but with enough time only for surya namaskaram..

    So...whoever is willing...post to this thread..lets do atleast 5 sets of surya namaskaram every morning...

    I am already feeling brighter and brisker at work today :). Lets post our progress and associated wellness that comes along with it

    Count me in too, but I can start only from monday.
    By one set do you mean 12 steps with the right leg and 12 steps with the left leg?

    Are you planning any special changes in your diet too?

    Let us try and do this continuously for 3 weeks atleast ( atleast 5 times a week) and make it a point to check each others progress and send motivating messages!!

    I have always been considered fit..and I am approaching 32, but still people mistake to be in college.

    If you are interested I can PM you some stuff I follow..in terms of diet, meditation etc. I will be very happy if you try some and if it works for u :)

    Guys..to clarify..

    Please see the attachment in this post.

    I do this 10 times. 5 times using my right leg, 5 times using left. I alternate between right and left and that i call it a set

    so, 5 sets

    Hi...count me in from tom...in-fact have been planning to restart this yoga for quite sometime now....but it just din't happen...feels nice to start doing 'surya namaskar' as a virtual group...lets get going :2thumbsup:
