    Hey hi I’m new to this thread. Thanks op for starting it. Hopefully this will keep me motivated!
    Monday I did 40 minutes plus 30 minutes walking!
    I had spinach oats strawberries protein powder! avocado humus mixed with garlic!

    Hi...i used to be a regular before Covid lockdown in 2020. Nice to be back here after such a long time. Completed a 30-minute cardio session by Eleni FIt.
