100 Days Fitness #challenge

    Nearly 25 days are completed for me. No major weight loss for me. in the initial few days there was some half to one kilo loss but regained that back in no time. #rollingeyes

    You are right about that Divya! Days just fly so fast..
    I have completed the next 10 days.. I too have a similar story like you.. I hardly lost half a pound.
    Total days: 30
    Total weight lost: 2.5 lb (1 kg)
    Hoping to do better the next 70 days. I tried intermittent fasting several times and couldn’t keep up even once.. when I cook and serve dinner for my family I end up eating too.. so what I follow is that I j have dinner early around 7 and then I have coffee next day around 7.. so it is not exactly intermittent fasting but this is what works for me..

    I have almost completed 100 days. Thought I started decently it went downhill eventually. It is definitely wrong time of the year for weight loss. I went very easy on carbs and also ate a lot of sweets. My family sent sveral kg of sweets and snacks (tirunelveli Alva, seedai, murukku, athirasam etc) for Diwali which we finished in no time. Now we got another one for new year. I am taking a break in weight loss. I definitely want to come back after a while.
