    don’t lose hope. I was saying same two weeks before but now I feel the difference. My weight is consistent. I am planning to follow IF till I can. It helps my weight lose when I eat carbs too. Night mostly I avoid eating rice. I eat idli or dosa than rice.

    What ratio are you following? 16:8 or 18:6?
    I am doing 16:8. I think I have to increase it.

    I follow same 16: 8. I follow this at any cost. In weekend, the fasting time will be more bcoz I will b busy cooking bf and lunch for family . So we will eat early lunch at 12 pm together. Follow the same IF,drink lots of water during Fasting time. Try to eat less carb and chew food slowly n eat in night. You will see changes.

    Day 3: completed ( warm up and cool down is good).

    I feel slight leg pain while doing jumping jack. Up and down plank is good for me. Only jumping jack and straight leg crunch is difficult.

    my legs getting sore. Couldn’t do plank jack and jumping jack with ease. I feel my tummy is soft than before it will b hard and look like pregnant tummy.
