Hello everyone, I wish to do 10,000 steps per day along with conscious eating and good amount of water intake(minimum 3 litres). To have accountability, I'm opening a thread and will update daily. Earlier, i followed my schedule and tried hard to stick to it just because of Prash29's thread. Will try to drink warm water as well (Got a flask for me especially for this!) Concrete goals: 10K steps 4 Litres water (atleast 2 litres warm water) Dinner before 8PM (atleast by eating alone with waiting for hubbby and feeding kids by 7:30PM) Avoid Fat content Reduce junk(murukku,biscuits etc) in my evening snacks Will start from today!
