    Hi All,
    I am also joining this group... I need to lose around 15kgs... I am weighing 71 kgs now and have to come down to around 56 kgs... I need all your support for this... I have already started controlling my urge to take junk food... But once in a while I do succumb to it...:oops: From past 2 weeks I have started walking for around 30 mins in the evening... This has made me a little active...:2thumbsup:
    Looks like many people are following the GM diet... This is motivating me also to take up the diet program... Most probably I will start this from tomorrow... I will let you all know the results...
    BTW... Other members who have taken up this diet, please keep posting your experience...

    Hi all who r planning for GM

    i finished GM first time, but not successfully, as i have migraine severe headache came on 4th day, so i took roti in the afternoon
    before starting this i was 144 pounds, on 4th day iam 136 pounds.

    now also iam with that spirit and iam not taking rice.

    morning - milk with cornflakes
    afternoon- idli or roti with more veg curry
    night-milk with cornflakes or roti

    evening - fruits

    iam following this, now iam 135 pounds, i want to continue this and once a while to restaurant food also.

    iam very happy to share this with u all,

    THANKS TO INDUSLADIES, If i wont meet u, i havenot started this much early to loose my weight. Thank u once again

    That was nice to hear. even iam in a urge to lose 30 kgs :idontgetit: as iam weighing 70.5 as of now . i have few questions

    1. do u add sugar to the corn & milk ( as it will not taste good without sugar)
    2. if so is that a sugar free one
    3. can we sunstitute oats instead of corn flakes

    I follow the below mentioned

    Morning : a cup of milk with biscuits
    Lunch : Small cup of rice & Vegetables ( :goodidea: need to stop consuming rice slowly)
    evening : Salt biscuits
    Dinnet - Oats porridge with salt

    Friends wish me good luck ........:wave

    how r u doing??

    iam taking wholegrain cereals not cornflakes,not adding sugar
    oatmeal is good which contain more fiber, select the one which has more calcium,iron and fiber.

    before starting diet, i was 65.5kg and now iam 61kg in just 15 days, acc. to my height i want to come to 55 at least not less than that.

    just iam comparing my 2 years before photos and now photos somany times

    Congrats!!! Nice to hear from u that u lost lot of pounds in just 4 days. My doubt is , is ur weight still 136 or did u lose or gain?
