    HI all

    i started GM first time yesterday, today is my 2nd day
    I have some doubts , pls clarify

    on day 5, a cup rice and 6 whole tomatoes means with rice what we can take and also can't we other vegetables?

    on day 7, fruitjuice , howmuch we can take, is there any limit?


    pls wish me to do the best

    That's a nice idea. But usually i take carrot as my snack in the evening. I never tried juice.

    Hi all

    this is my 3rd day of GM, today morning i check my weight, i lost 6 pounds in 2 days, iam surprised, becoz iam not feeling any tiredness or nothing

    initially i am afraid of GM, its good or not, and i can do it or not, but i am taking lot of fruits and veggies, not feeling hungry also, and one more important thing that to forget that i am on diet,dont remember that u r doing diet, this will help alot.

    wish me for remaining days

    want know more about weight loss

    Hi all! iam new to this forum and i really liked the informative things i get to know. Iam a mother of three children my youngest child is 18months old. All my deliveries were normal. My query is that until my second delivery i had normal weight and figure but after my 3rd delivery i have lost my good figure and have gained wieght upto 10-12kgs. i have tire like around my waist and this is what is troubling me a lot...and looks funny also and it is a lot more frustrating:cry: . can any1 pl suggest some easy steps to reduse this. It 'll be really gr8ful. will this situps and pranayama help to any extent. will the extra stomach of pregnancy will fade away to some extent. what excersice should i do to reduce the side hips?
    need help desperately.

    Hi
    Try doing side leg rasing.Lie on the floor on one side.support ur head with your hand(palm), (as if u r reading a book sleeping but sideways) and raise your leg straight up and bring down Do not curve your body.Repeat this for other side.Each side 20-30 times or more if u can.Definately works.Infact u really feel the pressure in ur waist.
