New Diet chart with my experience !

    Hi Shvap, Manisha and the rest,

    Good to see you all here again!!! I have been out of action for a while with a knee injury ...and finally getting back to normal ...I could not do anythign for a while except watching my food intake and i am fluctuating from 145-146 lbs now...have the difficult last 15 to go now...so will be back on the diet plan very soon..( once I get my grocery shopping done)....See you soon!

    good to see you back,but felt bad to read about your knee injury........how is it know?//are you feeling ok?????actulally i am also on-off this diet n exercise but have started again from yesterday..........

    MY DIET CHART--------09 JUNE

    5.30------2 glass of warm water
    6.00-------1 glass water with triphala powder
    6.30--------1 glass wter boiled with ginger n cinnamon,with honey
    9.00-----2 phulkas,milk,1 spoon potato sabji
    10.30-----1 glass lemon juice with jaggery
    1.00-----3 phulkas,horsegram curry,carrot-cucumber-low fat curd salad
    5.30----------1 cup milk wit 2 spoon bran flakes
    6.45 ----------2 phulkas with bhendi
    9.00-------1 cup milk with haldi

    exercise---------15 mins kapalbhatti,10 ab crunches

    how are you...
    good to see your diet chart... is there any weight loss ... are you checking it on a regular basis... do check it atleast 10 days once so that you will know how much you have reduced and based on that you can do some modifications in your diet... coz that last few stubborn fat will be really tough to loose... all the very best..

    i am fine.....what about you n how is your DD now?????
    i have not checked weight but i think it must be same fluctuating on 65-66 kgs.........now i am thinking to do yoga as i want flexibility in body......don't know how long i will go.........:hide:

    I"m fine... DD is also much better and back to school ... vacation will start from 25th june... no plans of going to india..

    did'nt do any exercise so my weight should be fluctuating.. after delivery weight fluctuation will be more especially if we dont maintain... should kick start my exercise...

    11.30-----1/2 orange,1/2 apple
    1.00-----4 phulkas,1 cup dal,carrot-cucumber-low fat curd salad,2 spoons rice,1 cup buttermilk,1 eclairs chocolate
    5.00----------1 cup milk with shatavari kalp
    7.00----------2 phulkas with pitlai(dish made from chickpea flour)
    8.30------1 cup carrot-tomato soup
    9.00-------1 cup milk with haldi

    exercise---------15 mins kapalbhatti two times,asaans in standing pose

    @8.30-------2 phulkas,drumstick curry,2 spoons rice with dal

    7.00----------2 phulkas with chicken curry(only one small piece)
    9.00-------1 cup milk with haldi

    exercise---------15 mins kapalbhatti ,asaans in standing pose,5 suryanamaskar,n was in shopping mall for 1 n half hr after lunch
