    Dear Niv,

    control yourself. Try to restrict to 2 times coffee/day. When you are tempted have juice in that place. Remember coffee is doing nothing good to you.

    But i am happy that atleast i am maintaning :)

    Good morning Friends !!

    Sorry couldn't update my daily log during weekends.
    Normally I keep myself away from computer/laptop during weekends and
    i will be very busy cleaning my house, doing garderning, cook for my DH and go for shopping & etc.

    Here is my daily log for your eyes :-

    15/05/2009
    Food log :
    05.30 - fenugreek with 2 glass of hot water
    06.30 - Honey + water
    08.00 - 1 glass of skim milk
    11.00 - apple
    13.00 - stim vegei + papaya
    15.00 - small piece of pineapple
    18.00 - 1 glass green tea
    21.00 - Fruits

    Exercise - 30 minutes jogging & 30 minutes brisk walking
    Drink 3 litres of warm water.

    16/05/2009 - ½ day Fasting

    Food log :
    05.30 - fenugreek with 2 glass of hot water
    06.30 - Honey + water
    08.00 - 1 glass of skim milk
    13.00 - 1 big bowl of stim vegetable
    16.00 - 1 cup of tea (less sugar)
    18.00 - apple
    21.00 - mango (given by temple priest)

    Exercise - 40 minutes jogging & 40 minutes brisk walking
    Drink 3 litres of warm water.

    17/05/2009

    Food log :
    05.30 - fenugreek with 2 glass of hot water
    06.30 - Honey + water
    08.00 - 2 piece of small idlis
    13.00 - Home made red bean soup
    16.00 - 1 cup of tea (less sugar)
    18.00 - Pineapple + banana
    21.00 - apple + 1 glass of skim milk

    Exercise - 1 hour jogging & 15 minutes brisk walking
    Drink 3.5 litres of warm water.

    Dear Evergreen,

    notice that you eat murukus almost everyday... ain't we suppose keep ourselves away from fried stuff ??? Just curious !!!! :bowdown:bowdown:bowdown
    Why not take nuts or dried fruits to replace your murukus ??? :idea

    Hai bambli,

    Thanks for pointing out. I prepared it on weekend and got tempted. Very happy that i couls stop having 1 or 2. Some times it is ok to excuse ourself for fried stuffs. Only that it should not be a routine.

    That's good yaaa... if can control your intake... then should be no problem... :thumbsup

    My 'tongue' is very sturborn.... they don't listen to me at all... once my tongue have tasted tastly food, it will keep on asking me so i just restrict those tastly food from my tongue.....

    i will reward my tongue everytime i loss 5 KG... this time, i will
    get PIZZA !!! :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl
    but need to work hard to reduce another 2 kg to reach my
    target for this month... :spin:spin:spin:spin:spin

    HELLO FRIENDS,
    good morning

    i am back ..........i have started my diet with exercise......so here it goes

    MY DIET CHART------18 MAY

    5.30----------3 glassess of lukewarm water(@700 ml)
    6.00----------1 glass of water boiled with cinnamon,added 1 spoon honey
    9.00---------1/2 chappathi,1 ladoo
    10.30--------1 glass lemon juice with jaggery
    12.30---------broken wheat cooked with capsicum,sprouts,lauki
    5.00----------coffee
    7.30---------soup
    8.00--------3 phulkas(extraas DH n DD didn't finish, i was having fast today so i have to eat it,as DH will not eat any leftover)

    exercise--------200 counts skipping(taking rest after inbetweebn of each 50 counts,10 mins walk in home with 4 mins jogg in between,6 mins butt workout by sparkpeople,10 mins kapalbhatt both morning n evening)...........today my body is paining like hell:hide:

    hi Evergreen,

    good tht you can control your intake ..........but as Bambli said my tongue also is like her........once i tast some food i will not stop eating it n all diet n weight loss is gone in hell..........due to this i m still fighting to loose.......if i would have continued with same spirit as i started i would be doing :party
