    Hi ,

You can try coating some cooking oil to the dough and wrap it in an aluminiam foil & freeze it.

Keep the same adhered to the normal temperature before cooking.

I had this tips form one of my friend and it works well for 2 days.:2thumbsup:

    Hi,

You can put the entire dough in a butter paper or a muslin cloth cover it thoroughly and put it in a stainless steel box or if you have Tupperware box you can store it straight away without the butter paper or muslin cloth

    Hello there,

I have just found a way to store chapati dough when my mom came to visit me in Uk.
Well what I have started doing is, I make dough enough for 3 to 4 days, then divide that into 3-4 plastic or steel container and put those containers in the freezer. ( Apply oil on the dough as we usually do while making chapatis).
If you need to do chapati's next day just remove one of the container from the freezer the evening before, and move that into your fridge where u genrally store other things. Then next morning first thing u do is remove the container from the fridge and place it outside so that it will be ready to use by the time u would want to make chapatis.
For me its working quite well because i also dont like making dough every day, and it also saves the time.

    Hope u'll find this helpful,
    take care

Hey.... I found out a good way a few days back.

Wrap the dough in cling-wrap, before keeping it in the tupperware box & then store it in the fridge. Take it out round 15-130mins before use.

    Hope it helps.
