New Diet chart with my experience !

    My chart Today (03/10)-CALORIE -1239 APX

    9.00- HOT WATER
    10.30-1 slice whole wheat bread and 4 almonds
    1.15- 3 small adai with onion chutney
    4.30- lemonade
    5.30-tomato soup and french bread
    8.30-apple
    10.00-skimmed milk

    Water intake- 5 big GLASS HOT water (2 1/2 ltrs)
    EXERCIESE-45 min yoga(25 MIN KAPALBHATHI)-MORNING
    AND EVENING-20 MINUTES THREAD MILL ,10 MIn CYCLING,

    Diet Chart for today


    Bfast- 1 cup of moong

    Snack: 1 green olive

    Lunch- 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup cooked mixed veggies

    Snack- 1 crispy tortilla(Carb Balance) ..home made with no oil..

    Dinner- 1 cup wheat kichdi

    Dessert- 2 almonds, 2 walnuts, 2 pecans, 1 cube cheese

    Exercise: 1/2 hour elliptical, 1/2 hour cross trainer, 1/2 hour weights

    My diet chart Today (10/3/09):-- 6.00-1 glass hot water with lemon & honey.(again slept)
    11;30- 1cup normal tea + 2 biscuit
    2.15- craked wheat & green gram khichadi cooked with lots of veges+yogurt+salad
    5.00-tea with 1 marry biscuit
    8:30-1 apple +1 pear, 10:00-1 big glass milk law fat
    EXERCIESE 2omin kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:1hr fast walking

    WATER IN TAKE:8 GLASS HOT WATER

    Hi Manisha, Richa, Kirti, Lakshmi.........you guys are all doing well. All your charts are very motivating :cheers, it really helps.
    As far as me....I am going right on track and just wish you continue the same without any interruption. My only worry is my stability. But this time...I am taking it as slow & very steady, so that I can reach my destinations.

    I would like to wish all of us a big....................................

    11th Mar09 - Chart

    Morning : Warm water with honey lemon
    B.F - 1 bun with peas, potato subji spread
    Mor.Snack -
    Lunch - 2 chapaties with beans subji
    Eve.Snack - 1 Apple
    Eve.Snack - few potato chips, 2 cookies bonk, 1/2 slice of cake
    Dinner - 1 small Indian banana, 1 cup of grapes

    Water - 2.5 litres
    Exercise - 1 hour of Aerobics

    thankyou for your good luck..........but i myself is feeling that i m not going right track.........i m taking sweets almost everyday.......bonkbonkbonk........don't know wht to do!!!!!!!!!

    my day 10 march---------

    @6.00-------2 glass hot water
    @6.30----------1 glass water boiled with cinnamon,ginger ,1 spoon honey
    @9.00-----------1 bowl cooked black eye beans n sprouts,1 cup milk

    @11.00--------green tea
    @12.45---------broken wheat khichdi mixed with cooked capsicum,carrot,cabbage,beet,radish,lauki
    @5.00----------1 cup tea without sugar

    @6.00--------2 small pieces of chirote[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
    @7.30---------1 bowl soup made frm cooked veg(lunch veggies)
    @8.00-------1 glass milk

    exercise------------20 mins kapalbhtti,,10 mins fast walk ............20 mins fast walking in evening,2 times steps

    Hi Manisha today i took 1 ladoo because i made for holi & still up to 8 days i'm not taking oil,I'm also thinking i create a big mistake but today i'm thinking 11/2 hr walking.& for tomorrow try to take soup & veges.
