    as sumone suggested to see the earth and sleep do u nean to say dont sleep on stomach i hve tht habit so sleeping on the back and just watch in front mean to look earth can u pls tell me

    Hi friends

    I have ideal Body n weight but d problem is my tummy has grown soo much girls u all cnt imagine coz of which i cnt wear top n i have started hesitating going out
    Pls tell me d way to reduce tummy fat
    Wll be vry thnkfull

    help me reduce my tummy fat

    hello ladies
    m shazia. my height is 5.6 and my weight is 55, ideal weight ,i suppose but my problem is tummy fat.. m putting all my effort in reducing it but in vain. its jus not reducing.. i walk for 30-40 min everyday. i dont have any calorific food after 7pm. my diet is :
    before going for the morning walk: 1 bowl of corn flakes with 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    breakfast: 2 chapathis with no oil and a glass of milk with no sugar
    morning snack: a small cup of coffee
    lunch: 1 1/2 cup of rice with curry with 1 or 2 pieces of mutton or beef.
    evening: a cup of tea with a toast of white bread
    dinner: 1 chapathi with no oil and 1/2 a cup of rice.
    i have atleast 1 fruit everyday. my lunch is usually a bit heavy everyday.
    my marriage is in the first week of april and i dont wanna look bad in sarees with my flabby tummy. so, please gals help me.

    HI

    your diet sounds good...

    few tips...

    mutton is lot of fat if possible replace with chicken...

    also you mentioned you are walking for 30-40 mins... in that try to do jogging for 10-20 sure it will help to reduce tummy... walking helps to maintain.. but jogging helps to reduce tummy weight... situps is another exercise which really helps to reduce tummy fat...

    drink lot of water atleast 2 ltrs especially hot water...

    i drink 2.5litres of water everyday but its not hot water. did you literally mean hot water.? i'll try jogging may be from tomorrow.. thanks for ur help.

    I"m very sure... hot water... upto the level you can resist.. its really very good.. there are so many dieters here or friends who wanna maintain there weight who drink hot water .. you can check the other threads too for your clarification... hot water helps a lot try it out.. even i drink hot water... regularly..try it out...

    dont make it warm and drink.. when its hot itself drink it... upto the level you can resist..i started with warm water and now i can drink hot water...

    HI dear,

    i totally agree with Vahee.

    try to eat lots of salads and fresh fruits, for salads avoid any sort of dressings, just have it mixed with salt and black pepper. have aheavy breakfast, light lunch and a very very light dinner, like soup only.
    drink hot water, i have been drinking hot water for almost 10yrs
    I do aerobis and step aerobics everyday and twice a week i do resistance training toning of my body.

    try to join a gym if there is any near your house or jogging will really help you.
