Chammomile Tea Loose Leaf/flower

Hi ILs,

Lately came across chammomile tea health benefits for better sleep and antioxidant properties. Recently I read about harmful effects of using tea bags as it may release micro plastics into the hot drinks.

Wanted to see if anyone got loose leaf/ flowers. I don’t want to buy in Amazon as well as I heard it might not be as authentic than what it should be..

I have seen people just soaking in hot water to get it infused and also boil it just like green tea. Either way few minutes should be good.
