    Dear all, I am still on cough and sick mode. Kids are also sick. So it's really hard to get myself on track. Hoping to recover soon and back to form.

    Ya same here. Took a week break due to sickness.
    Today back to routine with Workout 1 hour.
    Breakfast : protein bar
    Lunch : Poha + Spinach dhal

    Take care @Ranchu. Still coughing. Checked my weight this Sunday. It was 82.5 kg.
    Posting back my routine from today
    Breakfast- 2 Idiyappam
    Snack- persimmon
    Lunch- rasam rice and cabbage, 1 piece chocolate
    Snack- 1 biscuit, peanuts and dates
    Workout - 40 mins
    Walk - 30 mins
    Dinner - planning for adai dosa

    Same here ladies....was down last wee on and off with heavy cold..
    added was stress at work..

    I tried my best to keep my diet consistent..but it lost track sometimes..never mind
    one thing consistent was one hour walk

    Now for today:

    Breakfast:
    Coffee
    Methi oats veg kichdi
    30 mnts walk

    Plan for lunch:

    2 paneer paratha with Bindi

    Dinner:
    Some soup

    2 lts water
    30 mnts walk

    The weighing scales have moved south which is a good sign..
    Cheers to us for getting back in to action

    Breakfast- Adai and tea
    Lunch- Rava upma and banana
    Snack- grapes and puffed rice with vegetables
    Had homemade cookies.
    Dinner- 3 idli, kara chutney and tea
    Made cookies with kids and had those:yum:
    Workout - 45 mins and walking- 30 mins

    30.11.
    Breakfast- podi idli, 1 cookie and tea
    Lunch- keerai rice and long beans
    Snack- grapes and persimmon
    Dinner- planning for chapathi and veg gravy
    Workout- 40 mins and 20 mins walk

    Last week no much progress wih weight..ofcourse thats expected that i binged on bajjis and fried items

    back to track from this week

    1 moong dosa...few ravi upma balls
    1 coffee

    30 mnts walk

    Lunch:
    chapathi dal avarakkai curry

    Had pizza from Restaurant on Saturday. And yesterday had home made biriyani. These were the non- routines.

    Weight is the same. Not much difference 82.3 kg. Will post the day routine later.

    Lunch- 2 spoons biriyani + raita, oats porridge
    Snack- chocolate
    Dinner- 3 idly, chutney and tea
    Workout 40 mins

    Breakfast - idli and podi and ragi porridge
    Lunch- dhal rice 2 spoons and spinach brocolli soup
    Snack- chestnut and sweet kozhukattai 3
    Dinner- 2 dosa, chutney and tea
    Workout- 40 mins 30 mins walking

    07.12.2022
    Breakfast- 2 dosa and chutney and green gram
    Snack- banana
    Lunch- oats ragi porridge + beans poriyal+ 1 chocolate
    Snack- Sundal, kozhukatai
    Dinner- 2 chapathi + veg korma
    Workout- 1 hour workout
