I know you will get back to your targets in a heart beat. It is only a temporary set back. Even then, you held on to IF and Sloka recital.

    Dear @Rihana ,

awesome job with the updates :) Like I said before I am doing everything except for the writing part on a daily basis. Don't know how to break that barrier or if it is worth breaking. Writing has always been impromptu but structured writing o_O I feel my students' pain and no, that doesn't change my mind about teaching writing at school! I am going to follow suit and add 30 mins of decluttering may be when I restart, though if you ask my friends they will tell you that I am always decluttering and rearranging and getting rid of things - it is so soothing you know.

I have not been able to login, but was able to complete 15 days!

16:8 IF was the easiest, which I thought I would struggle the most with. I am down with a fever today, so I am stopping .. but feeling great :)
This week, my friends are coming to town and we are meeting after 13 years. Life is short, I will restart after they leave.

Hitting the reset button today as it seemed as good a day as any other - it was an interesting day and by 8.30 pm I realized that I had accomplished some goals almost doubling the duration.

Here's what happened today - I had inadvertently set up one more yoga class along with my usual two. That made it almost three hours of yoga, though I would say one and half hour of intense yoga and rest I would consider stretching. I am hurting though, let me hasten to add! Life of a yoga teacher in zoom days :( Then, my neighbor called to ask if I wanted to walk. The lovely fall weather had me enticed already so I ended up walking with her to catch up as well. For my stotra class, no one else showed up and I ended reciting for an hour alone for the teacher! All I can say is, I am super glad there is no school tomorrow!

So I decided to complete the rest of the goals and start off as day 1, again!

    09th Oct 2022 (Day 1)

    Workout – 150mins yoga + 60 min walk
    IF - 16 hours
    Water - 2 liters
    Writing – 15 mins
    Reading – 15 mins
    chanting – 60 mins
