The way I do it is to set a midday target of 1800ml. I have a 600ml bottle. I drink one bottle within 30 minutes of waking up. Another one as I get ready for the day and on my walk, and the third by lunch time. Once I get this out of the way the remaining 1200ml comes easy. If I meet my lunch time target I usually exceed my 3L goal.

What works for me is adding flavor to water - I have a 2 liter water bottle. I add some cucumber/mint leaves/lemon and soak over night. That helps me drink easily
I am pretty much done by lunch time and I am sure I add on another liter easily for the rest of the day. I kept only 2 L challenge though I am doing 3 and i know it is easy because of the weather - come winter, 2 will be hard!

Almost a month into this (including the first attempt) my resistance to workouts has dropped significantly. Before this challenge I would spend a lot of time psyching myself to start. These days it is almost effortless. Seeing everybody’s updates and knowing I have to update the thread at the end of the day is incredibly motivating. Thank you ladies for keeping me honest!

What worked for me is to drink slightly warm water instead. I can drink warm water easily anytime of the day even when not thirsty. Also, try to do it slowly like 100 ml more per 3 days. This way you will be reaching your goal in a month.

When you first started the thread, I was saying to myself that this is a great way to incorporate a lifestyle change for me. Because I didn't think I will ever get to 75 days in a row and that having to restart each time will take forever to accomplish the challenge that it will become a lifestyle change.. lol

Will try to be more regular in posting my updates.

    Days 1-5: June 24-28:
    1. IF 14 hrs -- DONE
    2. Read 10+ pages -- DONE
    3. 20-min full body workout -- DONE
    4. 40-min brisk walking -- DONE
    5. Facial skin care -- DONE

Like many of you said here, I can accomplish my workout goals only if I get to finish my 20 min full body workout in the morning. So far I was able to do this. On Saturday I made poori for my family for dinner. I made a simple not spicy potato side for kids and a spicy potato kurma for DH. All said it was so yummy and ate well. I usually taste to check for salt and spice level. I too liked so much the kurma I made. It was so tempting to eat but then I remembered what you said @Srama in one of your threads. I am only going to worry about when and not what I ate and that really helped me. It was late in the night around 9 PM. So, I put the left over kurma and batter in the fridge. Next morning I made fresh pooris for myself while DH made bread omlette for himself and kids. Apparently this is the only thing he can cook. As I was making pooris for me I also realized that it had been long since I cooked something just for myself that I like.
