    enjoy @pumpkin01 . actually a old lady once told me “pound some leaf, make a small ball, place it between a banana and swallow it. if you cant have it as it is it is the best medicine we followed for fibroids, heavy bleeding and all’ only you kids meet thr doc for everything”

    i think it is the belief and positive feeling along with the natural remedies that works for them.

    morning breakfast.. sneaked lauki, black seeds, pepper,jeera, coriander and hing.. in jowar and kuttu with steel cut oats..

    @satchitananda kuttu is buckwheat flour.. it is a fruit and not a grain just like amaranth seeds i believe the loophole to use these for fasting.. aka farali khana..and gluten free

    it is heat producing so added coolants and curds alone...

    keeps you full and the best part is sneak herbs that otherwise would not go into some people’s mouth:p..there is loads of coriander, zatar, and basil..

    Hi....after a loooong time peeped into il...got instantly recharged.......this outcome for lunch.....pudina juice....mango banana grapes smoothie....alll veggies on toast......it was so satiating.....felt like having taken a small step towards better healthy self......
