    Hoping to lose more in the month of May.

    29 April
    avacado milk shake, kerala banana fry
    tulsi tea, cucumber and carrot almond, pomegranate
    millet oats kanji, cheema chakka poriyal
    2 chapathi and dhal and tea
    squats and floor workout
    30 April
    1 chapathi and banana fry
    cucumber and carrot
    1 bite donut and a spring roll
    1 chapathi sweet
    2 chapathi and dhal and tea
    10 mins elliptical, 10 mins treadmill
    20 mins walk
