    Not using Treadmill ( your love) ..... walk may not help to burn body fat ,add some strength training or yoga if u can

    01/05 - Walk 5.5 km slow pace. Did some stretching exercise at home.
    02/05 - Walk 4.5 km slow pace. Did bicep curls, triceps 15 reps. Some stretching.
    03/05 - Walk 6.5 km slow pace.

    05/05 - 6 km walk
    06/05 - 5 km walk
    07/05 - Nil
    08/05 - 4.5 km walk
    09/05 - Nil
    10/05 - 4 km walk
    11/05 - 1 hr k-pop fitness dance exercise
    12/05 - 4.5 km walk

    14/05 - 4.5 km walk

    My diet is nothing special. The changes I have made are -

    1. I have cut sugar in my coffee.
    2. No eating after 7.30 pm at night.
    3. Reduced gluten intake.
    4. Reduced junk.
