    Lost total 0.7 kgs. Reduced eating outside food but not completely stopped. Going to conference this week, so will start for this month from next week

    Jan 31- Tue- 30 mins elliptical, 30 minwalk
    Feb 1 - wed - 40 mins figure 8 walk
    Feb 2 - Thu- 30 min walk
    Feb 3 - Fri- Rest day.
    Feb 4- Sat- 30 mins foot,neck, shoulder therapy and 30 mins elliptical
    Feb 5 - sun- planned for 45 mins strengthening total body floor workout.
