    sorry for mia .... bcoz of financial year ending work and then monthly special days .... Now I am bouncing back here.

    05 April 2016 Update


    A glass of warm water with honey.
    EM - 2 biscuits + 1 glass lemon juice
    BF - 1 cup pohe + 1 custard apple
    MS - 2 moong laddu
    Lunch - 2 chapati + 1 cup raw methi veggie with tomato slices + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Eve - 1 orange + 1.5 glass coconut water
    Dinner - 2 chapati + 1 cup drumstick veggie + 1 glass buttermilk

    Water - 3 lt

    Workout :-
    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - outside walk
    2. 30 mins. Abdominal crunches, quadriceps extension, squats with dumbbells, calf raises with dumbbells
    3. Stretch exercises
    4. 20 mins. yoga exercises
    And mediation

    Water - 3 lt

    Workout :-
    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - outside walk

    BF - 1 cup upama + 1 orange
    MS - 2 moong laddu
    Lunch - 2 chapati + 1 cup raw carrot veggie with coriander + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Eve - 1 banana + 1 glass lemon juice
    Dinner - 2 chapati + 1 cup cabbage veggie + 1 glass buttermilk

    Water - 3 .5 lt

    Workout : -
    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - outside walk
    2. 30 mins. core stability & balance exercises - pilates
    3. Stretch exercises
    4. 20 mins. yoga exercises
    And meditation

    Hi ladies,
    Sorry for not posting in the group regularly.I did not get any notification on the replies, with fruit, veg, millet diet and yoga my pcod got regressed by itself and my ovaries appear normal now, i m now on a vacation in india and incorporating kodo millet in my diet instead of rice.
    Will update my diet here everyday regularly hereon.Today's was:
    Morning - millet porridge
    Noon - kodo millet with broad beans subji, rasam and curd
    Night - apples and rotis

    Workout : -
    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - outside walk
    2. 30 mins. chest press with dumbbells, shoulders with dumbbells, biceps curl, triceps extension
    3. stretch exercises
    4. 20 mins. yoga exercises
    And meditation
