    @vani098: Planks and pushups are the best ones for belly fat reduction. Try looking for abs exercise only with the advice of a fitness expert!

    1. Warm water with lime and honey
    2. Carrot mini dosa with flax powder , 1 cup SL tea
    3. Green tea + dry nuts - 6
    4. 1 cup Orange juice-peas rice , bitttergourd chips(Home made), buttermilk
    5. Green tea+ 1 small apple
    6. 2 phulka + Gobi curry + 1 cup milk with palm sugar

    3 miles super fast walk with LS ( 2 lbs weight in each hand)

    Lunch--sprouted moong salad(Tri color bell paper,tomato ,carrot,onion,beetroot),Buttermilk
    Snacks--1 banana,1 pear,green tea
    Dinner-Sandwich,1 cup tea
    water-2.5 lts
    30 mins Pranayam,17 mins low impact Cardio
