WeightLoss Plan - 2 Months Course:)

    Super @vani098, i did exercise only for 30Min and today started with

    EarlyMorning: Warmwater with lemon and honey
    BF: 1 Banana and 2 Sugarfre Biscuits
    Lunch: 3 Chapthi with Carrot Beans Fry
    MidLUnch: 1 cup Greentea
    Dinner : 1 Orange and 1/2 cup grapes and 1 Kiwi

    30Min Exercise today

    yest I had fruits in dinner...

    Also in today's bf had 1 apple.

    Only drawback was i couldn't go for walk....

    No Problem @Shriya,

    Use staircase, then while cooking touch your feet with hands down without bending the knee point, then give some punches like boxing,turn right and left like passing some things to the next person. this is enough for waist, hands and stomach. try this for this week 10 times eaach. then slowly we can change the exercises.

    1 Apple is not enough for breakfast Shriya, have some other fruits or nuts also in the middle.

    Hi guys

    Count me in.

    Age:30
    Height : 5' 10''
    Weight 79 kgs

    Gained a lot of weight after my first child. I was not addicted to sweets befor pregnancy but duing preg, became crazy about sweets and finding hard to leave even after baby.

    I have been following the below diet, but I am cheating by having sweets here and there. Need to work on my will power :)

    Morning : Lemon juice with hot water ( no honey)
    Breakfast : Protein rich drink with diluted milk
    Lunch 2 chapatis with any veg curry and butter milk, sometimes rice and dal
    Snacks : Green Tea
    Dinner ( 7 PM) : Fruits (apple,grapes)

    Will try the detox drink mentioned here on alternate days.

    The only problem is fruits get digested soon and I feel hungry again at night and I am not able sleep with an empty stomach :( :( Still trying to find the solution for this.

    I hit the gym for an hour eveeryday. I have only 4 weeks to reduce all the weight I can, after that I will become full busy as my in laws will come home.

    Keep up the spirit girls !!

    Today's Menu:

    EarlyMorning: Warmwater with lemon, honey and cinnamon powder
    BF: Mixed Fruit
    MidLunch: Buttermilk
    LUnch: 2 chapthi with rajmamasala and dalwithbottlegaurd.
    4PM : Greentea
    7-8PM: Mixed fruit with sugarfree biscuits if i am hungry.

    You can have unibic sugarfree biscuits if you are hungry. it will make your stomach full dear.
